As core equipment for floor construction, the cleaning and maintenance of floor grinding machines are directly related to operational efficiency, service life and construction quality, making it crucial to master scientific maintenance methods.

Thoroughly clean the equipment immediately after use, focusing on removing dust and residue from the grinding disc, waterproof cover, chassis and other debris-prone parts. Wipe dust off the motor surface and inside the electric box, and clean the equipment filter screen to prevent impurities from entering and damaging internal components. After daily operation, check all fasteners one by one, tighten any loose screws and nuts promptly, and inspect the wear condition of grinding pads, grinding wheels and other wear parts, replacing them as needed to guarantee grinding performance.
Regular maintenance cannot be neglected. Add lubricating oil to key components such as the transmission system and gears in accordance with the equipment manual. For new machines, replace the gear oil every 6 months, then annually thereafter. After dry grinding operations, blow dust off the frequency converter box. Regularly check the motor running status and whether cables and power cords are damaged or aging, and repair or replace them immediately if abnormalities are found. In addition, store the equipment in a dry, ventilated and dust-free environment when idle to avoid moisture and contamination. By taking good care of the equipment in daily details, it can always maintain a good operating condition.
